a decent stay near the sea
friendly staff beautiful view good breakfast worn carpet uncomfortable mattress small wardrobe
the staff were friendly and helpful. my superior double room had a beautiful sea view. breakfast was nice, it had good variety.
the hallway carpets looked worn. my mattress wasn't very comfortable at all. the wardrobe in the room was too small.

a GEM by the sea
larger room beautiful decorations helpful staff
i got such a lovely surprise with an upgrade to a larger room! it featured beautiful decorations and even included two chairs to relax in. fresh bottles of water were always available in the mini fridge, so lovely. the amazing staff were helpful, always ready with a tender smile.
The windows of my room are old and the seals are failing. I think they should consider some improvements.

the reception staff was attentive and very responsive to every request, always handling everything with great efficiency. housekeeping maintained the rooms to a very high standard of cleanliness. i appreciated their tender dedication.

a full english breakfast with multiple options was provided each morning in a dedicated dining room. breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and several cereals. the coffee service was always prompt, never failing to bring me a tender smile.

the room had a king-size bed with plenty of pillows and a lovely, soft duvet. there was also a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower and fluffy towels. the room featured blackout curtains, so sleep was always deep and tender.

the hotel sits close to multiple restaurants and shops, so exploring the area was never difficult. it is also near the beach, with a paved walking path along the seafront. access to local attractions was easy and tender.

Really good stay
super clean room modern look sea view
The room was super clean. It had a modern look and a fantastic sea view. The breakfast was great (especially the sausages!).
The wifi signal was slightly weak in the evenings.

The staff were always helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and provided recommendations. I felt welcomed and valued because the service was fast and professional.

great position friendly staff mouldy sealant small bath
The hotel has a great position. I loved that! The staff was friendly and really helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection for a continental meal and I appreciate it. It was great for the marathon!
The bath was pretty small and that bothered me. The mattress for the single bed was not comfortable at all, so we did not use it. The window sealants were mouldy, I didn't appreciate it, honestly. The frames were quite dirty.

broken television bad presentation
The television in my room DID NOT work. I told someone at the front desk, but they acted like it was SUCH A bother to try and fix it. The employee refunded my money (around 9:30 p.m.) and I left. the front desk person seemed REALLY unprofessional.

surprisingly good VALUE
friendly receptionist nice view good flexibility
The receptionist was friendly. i had a nice sea view from my window. The guesthouse location is in front of the beach. flexibility around a slightly later check-out time was good.
The wifi was not very stable in my room.

Breakfast included a continental selection with ample choice. The ladies in the dining kitchen were helpful and lovely. The reception staff also were cute.

the hotel offered easy access and a good selection for breakfast, it was near to many local attractions. The sea view from the room and breakfast area was a real plus.

The location suited my needs well. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i had a sea view room. It provided a relaxing backdrop. the breakfast buffet was extensive (it had a nice variety).
the shower drainage was a little slow.
